Beyond the five years is a lifetime labour warranty that covers the owner from labour charges in the instance repairs are performed by Edward Amplification. Tubes included with the original purchase are covered against malfunction for nine months from date of purchase. This warranty excludes replaced tubes, normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or other events beyond the control of Edward Amplification. In the event that your Edward Amplification product needs repair, send it prepaid to the following address with a letter describing the symptoms: Edward Amplification 41 Corman Place Stoney Creek, Ontario Canada L8G 4W6 Tel: 289-237-5691 Please include a return address, contact name and telephone number. Product is returned by courier collect in Canada unless other arrangements are made. You can also send a message to eds@edwardamp.com with your telephone number and lets us know the best time you can be reached. If you require immediate repair at your location, repairs can be made by your local repair technician. Call us with your product serial number, a FAX number or mailing address and we will provide a copy of the schematics and/or parts required.
